We do not source
Medicines, OTC products, prescriptions, symptom-related requests, health information, or offline-only goods.
We do not substitute
If an item cannot be procured, that item is handled under the cancellation and refund policy.
Before you send
The rules are visible before a request.
These operating rules apply to the MVP. A request is not a quote, payment, or pickup reservation.
Price and refund
Before payment, the quote separates goods cost, seller shipping, one fixed concierge fee, and total in USD. Quotes are valid for 72 hours. An unavailable item is refunded under the cancellation and refund policy; it is never substituted.
Pickup
Pickup is reservation-based in the Hongdae / Hapjeong area. The exact location and slot are shared after confirmation. One schedule change is allowed. A preferred date is not a confirmed reservation.
Cancellation, failure, and no-show
Within 24 hours after payment, a customer cancellation is fully refunded. After 24 hours, cancellation and returns follow seller availability and statutory rights. A partial failure refunds the affected goods and unincurred or recoverable seller shipping while the concierge fee remains. A full procurement or delivery failure refunds the full order. A no-show is stored free for 7 days and handled manually for up to 30 days; there is no automatic resale, disposal, or refund.

When does the 24-hour quote window start?
After the request contains enough information for an operator to identify and purchase the items online. If more information is needed, the 24-hour window starts again when the request is complete.
Where is pickup?
In the Hongdae / Hapjeong area by a reservation-based time slot. The exact location is sent after confirmation. The preferred date in this form is a request only.
What if an item sells out?
We never substitute without permission, and this MVP does not offer substitutes. The unavailable item is handled under the cancellation and refund policy.
